Enjoy a peaceful getaway in The Annex holiday cottage bungalow with great views over open countryside. Open all year. The accommodation is suitable for two adults sharing a king size bed. The accommodation boasts a large smart wall mounted TV in an open plan layout with a fully fitted kitchen, lounge and dining area. Pets welcome (up to 3 max).
Other items included in your stay; Iron, ironing board, clothes airer, coat hanging area in hallway.
Our accommodation is ideal for two adults. We understand you might be traveling with a little one, and we can accommodate a baby who isn’t yet walking. However, for safety reasons, we cannot host older children/toddlers due to the unfenced water surrounding the site
At dusk and dawn, whilst enjoying the far reaching views, you may see the barn owls leave their nesting boxes. Both boxes are sited in the grounds of Ings Farm Holidays.
Dogs are welcome (max 3), for a small extra charge, in this accommodation. Please bring your own pet beds, feeding bowls and dog cleaning towels.
Prices vary starting from £95 per night with a minimum booking of two nights. Parking available for one vehicle.
The Annex accommodation includes; a welcome guide with local info, linen and towels for the main king size bed, a hair dryer and shower gel. There’s an initial supply of toilet rolls and a fully equipped kitchen (inventory listed below). The living area features a large wall-mounted TV and an iron/board. A leather sofa converts into a double bed (supplementary charge applies for extra sofa bed linen).
Kitchen includes; Induction hob, microwave oven, full size oven, air fryer, spacious integral fridge (with freezer box section), dishwasher, cutlery, crockery, cups and glasses, slow cooker, pots and pans, mixing bowls, tea pot, oven gloves, tea towels, dish cloths, cafetiere press coffee jug and filter coffee machine (ground coffee not supplied), instant boiling water kettle, toaster, integral recycling bin system, bin bags and of course the kitchen sink!!
We also provide a small supply of; dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, soap, hand cream, cooking oil, salt and pepper mills, kitchen roll, milk, tea bags and instant coffee.
